ALISI promotes and markets a wide range of real estate products including land, buildings, condominium units, townhouses, apartments, and house and lot packages developed by Ayala Land, Inc. and its subsidiaries such as Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land Corp., Avida Land Corp., and Amaia Land Corp. ALISI has expanded its reach globally through events, digital platforms, and physical offices in key locations like San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist located in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The International Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and marketing real estate products to potential international clients. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, understanding and presenting real estate products, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will also participate in international roadshows and events to expand the company’s reach and network. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate Proven Sales skills and a track record of meeting sales targets Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience working with international clients and markets is a plus
