If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!How you will make an impactAs the International Field Sales Manager – Milk-Based Beverages, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in in-store execution across Arla’s international distributors for the Milk-Based Beverages (MBB) business, including Starbucks RTD. You will be responsible for ensuring strong field sales execution together with our distribution partners, through clearly defined growth initiatives, coaching and perfect store principles.You will collaborate closely with distributors’ sales teams, ensuring alignment with Arla’s strategic objectives and global standards for MBB. This role involves frequent in-market visits, supporting field teams with tools & growth initiatives, and sharing the latest insights on in-store execution through sales kick-offs and roadshows. Additionally, you will work with local third-party field sales, merchandising, and auditing companies to drive additional sales initiatives and secure the quality and compliance of distributors’ sales forces.Your key responsibilities will include:
