• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• At least 2 years of BOOKKEEPING experience
• Proficient in computer skills and using cloud services such as Google Drive and other apps
• Great knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent organizational skills and accuracy
• Attention to details
• Owns a laptop and a high speed Internet
• Excited to work in international setting

Tanggungjawab

• Bookkeeping and data entry
• Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements, as well as balance sheets, and prepare annual financial reports
• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
• Issue invoices for clients and match invoices with payments
• Be alert of deadlines e.g. when payments are overdue
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results regularly to consultants
• Monitor client’s expenses and is aware of any irregularity or over budget
• Document management in cloud – to organize documents neatly
• Administrative support and general office work
