About This OpportunityAs the International Admissions Officer you’ll play a key role in managing international applications, delivering excellent customer service to students and agents, and supporting the seamless processing of applications. You will report to International Admissions Manager and works in one of the 5 faculties.Key responsibilities will include:Respond to inquiries from students and agents within a designated region, providing accurate and supportive service.Assess and process medium-complexity international applications and manage deferrals, ensuring a smooth and compliant admissions experience.Apply relevant legislation, University policies, and procedures to each application.Collaborate with team members to manage workloads efficiently and contribute to continuous process improvements.Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions processes and high service standards.Understanding of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act, National Code, and other relevant legislation.Commitment to the University’s Code of Conduct, occupational health and safety practices, and sustainable work practices.About UQAs part of the UQ community, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the brightest minds, who have joined us from all over the world.Everyone here has a role to play.
