With 69 sites and 1300 employees across New Zealand and Australia, our sustained growth can be attributed to our superior service and dedication to continuous improvement across every facet of our business – and this always starts with people.This position is fulltime permanent, and the successful candidate will be based from our Hybrid site in Islington, ChristchurchAbout the roleSome of the things you’ll get up to in this role include:

• Responding to inbound inquiries via phone and email
• Preparing quotes & processing orders in a timely manner
• Proactively following up with customers to get their feedback
• Assisting in the day-to-day performance of the branch, including stock management and other administrative responsibilities
• hours will be Mon – Fri 7.30am – 4pm although some flexibility around hours will be required
• this is a salaried position

RequirementsWe’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Intermediate level or above Computer Skills
• Great attention to detail
• Fantastic warm and friendly telephone manner
• Experience in customer facing role and values a high level of customer service
• Ability to be flexible and work in a small team environment and assist where necessary
