You will be part of an energetic and committed growing team and will be an essential part to helping BlueStar maintain its growth and market leadership.BlueStar is a leading global solutions-based distributor of Point-of-Sale, Bar-coding, data collection, radio frequency identification (RFID), and Wireless mobility products. BlueStar works exclusively with Value Added Reseller Partners, providing them with complete solutions at competitive prices. The company brings unequaled expertise to the market, offers award-winning technical support, and is an authorized service center for a growing number of manufacturers.YOUR PRIMARY WORK TASKS

  • Enter and process sales orders and answer inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with problem resolution
  • Manage back-order/open order report
  • Support and assist in developing accounts by promoting BlueStar value-added services and products alongside the Key Account Manager
  • Self-study the product materials to become familiar with product offerings (attend in-house training and vendor trainings, sales meetings, and activities as directed)
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales or sales support role
  • If you have industry knowledge it will be a plus
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Excellent customer service and negotiations skills
  • Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunities
  • Knowledge of basic computer, internet, office and web applications

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to sense and relate observations to business opportunities
  • Being self-driven, proactive and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Brining a good energy and positivity
