Are you an organised, customer-focused multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a talented Internal Sales Representative (office based) to join our tight-knit team in Christchurch. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating orders and deliveries, and providing top-notch customer service, this could be the opportunity for you.What You’ll Do:

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Provide expert product advice and solutions to customers
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Support the external sales team with administrative and operational tasks
• Handle phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Confident using computers and business systems (experience with ERP systems a plus)
• Knowledge of or interest in the aluminum or building materials industry is an advantage
