• Managing all inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Provide administrative support.
• Promoting and selling company products to all current and future clients.
• Providing technical advice and information to customers whilst working closely with the state and products managers in developing strategies to professionally promote company products.
• Maximize sales, gross profits, market share and achieve budgeted sales and margin.

On Offer:

• Permanent Full-time position
• Monday to Friday roster
• 38hours per week
• Base salary up to $75K per annum

Mandatory Requirements:

• Current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle.
• Proven experience in a Customer Service / Sales position
• Good understanding of and relevant experience in the transport industry.
• Qualifications in mechanical Engineering are advantageous
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.
