Job description: Internal Sales/Customer ServiceDepartment: Sales / MarketingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Australia – PerthDescriptionTo be responsible for internal technical sales in support of customers/dealers, external Sales Managers and Customer Service Staff for FE products.To ensure the Company services its customer base through reliable and accurate information to meet customer demands to allow growth of the business.Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer and company team members calls
• Enter customer orders to the corporate ERP system
• To offer pump selections and recommendations to dealers, customers and internal customer service staff.
• Closely work with and assist the Customer Service staff and Office Manager with product technical support and guidance with customer orders and enquiries.
• To offer technical troubleshooting support for customers and customer service staff.
• To offer spare parts support for customers & customer service staff.
• Provide support to the external Area Sales Managers for product selections, pricing and clarifications.
• To assist technically with local assembly of products and work with our primary supply partners for product build ups and specialised equipment
• To assist the warehouse with technical support for product support, explanations or guidance as required.
• To assist the Business Development Manager in the preparation of costing’s and quotations for customers/dealers.
• Establish and maintain good relations with customers. (Dealers, Sales Managers, vendors and internal FE staff)
• To provide ideas and systems to management that will enable the Company to meet its objectives of Quality, Availability, Service, Innovation and Value to stimulate greater effort in meeting Customer needs and expectations.
• Provide general support of office administration when required.
• Any Duties that fall within day to day operation of the Company.
