Job description: Job descriptionOur client, a leading IT Networking Distributor in Ireland, UK & Europe is currently looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service representative to join their sales team in Dublin to help continue to grow the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements and respond proactively using best practice to deliver the highest level of customer service
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers & key stakeholders to encourage ongoing sales
• Provide clear and up-to-date communication to customers regarding any enquiries, quotes and live orders they may have
• Proactively follow up with existing customers to get their feedback, guarantee their satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Processing Quotations, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders etc.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
• Experience with CRM system, Sage 200 or similar an advantage
• Ability to problem solve, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and being a team player
• Hardworking, honest with strong desire to succeed
