Day to day:

• Being the point of contact for all inbound calls and emails assisting with queries on their products, technical issues, and ETA’s
• Processing orders and quotes from new and existing customers
• Tracking and keeping clients informed from start to finish being the middle person for the sales reps, service techs, workshops, and the accounts team
• Collating information and making sure it gets to the right person

What we are looking for:

• Strong customer service skills and the drive to investigate things to keep customers front of mind and in the loop
• Experience with SAP is a huge bonus
• Previous experience with processing orders and working with multiple departments
• Someone who is technically minded and is able to work with a large product line
