Job description: Be the voice of our customers and lead a team that makes a real impact.We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven leader to guide our Internal Customer Relations team – championing customer needs, turning challenges into opportunities, and lifting the standard of every customer experience.This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.In this role, you’ll:

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team of Customer Relations Specialists
  • Coach and empower your team to deliver fair, timely, and customer-first complaint resolutions
  • Ensure compliance while driving team success through clear goals and accountability
  • Turn feedback into action-identifying pain points and driving meaningful change
  • Partner across the business to improve processes and outcomes for our customers

What you’ll bring

  • Completion of leadership courses (mandatory)
  • Dispute resolution, negotiation or mediation studies (desired)
  • Tertiary qualifications (desired)
  • Minimum of 18 to 24 months experience leading people (desired)
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance products, systems, and processes
  • Occasionally required to work extra hours to meet deadlines and other tasks that may be required
