With a strong presence across Hong Kong & Macau, they are looking for an Internal Control Manager to enhance governance, risk management, and compliance across their operations.About The RoleAs an Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening internal controls, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. You will oversee audit processes, boutique operations, and financial controls, collaborating with regional teams to drive process improvements.Key Responsibilities:Lead risk assessments and implement internal control measures.Conduct boutique audits to ensure operational and financial compliance.Evaluate and enhance business processes, inventory controls, and financial procedures.Provide training and guidance to ensure internal control awareness across teams.Support internal audits and compliance projects at the regional and group level.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.7+ years of experience in internal control, risk management, or audit, ideally in luxury retail or multinational companies.Big 4 experience in external/internal audit is a plus.Strong analytical skills with a risk management mindset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.Fluent in Cantonese and English; additional languages are a plus.Click “Apply Now” to apply for this position or call Coco Lok at +852 3180 4929 for a confidential discussion.
