Job description: How You´ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:
- As an Internal Communications Specialist, you play a key role in shaping your colleagues’ perception and understanding of ALDI SÜD Holding and the wider ALDI SÜD Group
- You will be responsible for providing a platform for business updates on a series of topics impacting your colleagues
- Additionally you will create a range of informative and engaging content (e.g. articles, videos, scripts) for all colleagues across the ALDI SÜD Group
- You will liaise and build strong relationships with key stakeholders of all levels, including senior leaders, across the business
- You will provide creative input on communication campaigns and contribute to the creation of briefs as part of your role
- You will support the delivery of the departmental strategy as required and monitor and control adherence to all deadlines
- Furthermore you will assist in managing communication platforms and channels
- Simplifying processes and operations to maximise efficiencies will complement your role
Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:
- As an Internal Communications Specialist you have a university degree, preferably in the field of communication science, public relations, journalism or similar
- Initial work experience in corporate communications or change management is beneficial
- You possess business fluent English skills
- You have excellent writing and editing skills
- You are highly organised with an excellent attention to detail and manage multiple projects, conflicting deadlines, and a varied workload simultaneously
- Your proactive mindset and ability to investigate, analyse and challenge accordingly set you apart
- You enjoy working individually and as part of a wider team and have a positive can-do attitude
- You excel working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating high levels of creativity
