• Help create an innovative, best-in-class internal communications function across the company that fuels employee engagement, influences connectivity and culture, positively impacting all locations worldwide
• Develop communication materials using a variety of tactics (written communications, presentation materials, video conferencing platforms and other internal digital tools, town halls, small group meetings, etc.) to articulate key messages
• Develop specific messaging formats ensuring prioritization of information provided by top management, including creation of content for employee communication channels
• Ensure communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with the company key priorities and themes, as well as consistent messaging, branding, imagery and identity
• Manage content for the global company intranet and internal social platform, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, informative and effectively describes and promotes our values
• Develop and implement metrics reports to measure effectiveness of communication channels to continuously improve strategy and employee engagement

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Public Relations or a related field
• Profound experience in internal communications; work experience in a global setup is strongly preferred
• Experience in managing branded accounts and proficiency with CMS as well as with analytical tools and reports
• Outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills in German and English
