Job description: Elevate Semco Maritime’s brand and culture from within as our new Internal Communications Specialist.Your positionIn your new position as Internal Communications Specialist, you will join our corporate marketing department, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This pivotal role offers you the unique opportunity to strengthen our internal communication by activating and reinforcing our corporate brand, core story, company values, and culture, fostering a unified and cohesive corporate identity. You will collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders across various divisions and countries, building a vast network within the company.The role is based at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry. It is a full-time position with occasional travel, up to 10 days per year.In this new role, you will have the opportunity to elevate our internal communication and collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders across divisions and countries, engaging with both offshore and onshore personnel.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for our Internal Communication.Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Activating and reinforcing our corporate brand, core story, company values and culture internally in close collaboration with our People & Culture team
• Managing and innovating internal channels (e.g., intranet, app, screens) to enhance their effectiveness
• Aligning global communication between HQ and other locations
• Handling Safety, HR, and IT communication and campaigns internally

Your profile & qualificationsWe seek an outgoing, positive communicator who is passionate about storytelling and proactive in their approach.To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

• Strong written communication skills in Danish and English
• Experience with internal communication
• Strong writing and storytelling skills to engage diverse internal audiences
• Preferably experience from an international and/or B2B company
• Skills in employee engagement strategies, change management, and coordination across locations
• Ability to connect communication efforts to corporate goals and culture
