The role also oversees internal events and executive communications across various platforms.What Are the Key Responsibilities?– Create and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy
– Deliver timely and engaging content across newsletters, intranet, emails, and internal town halls
– Manage communication tools such as screensavers, office displays, and employee desktop visuals
– Draft compelling internal messaging, executive speeches, and presentations
– Support leadership in communicating key initiatives and fostering transparent dialogue
– Enhance employee engagement by developing interactive content and storytelling
– Organize and manage internal events that celebrate milestones and boost morale
– Align all communication efforts with the brand’s values and strategic goalsWhat Skills Are Needed for This Communications Role in Dubai?Education:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, HR, or a related fieldExperience:
– Minimum 5 years in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate messaging
– Background in entertainment, hospitality, or fast-paced corporate settings is preferred
– Experience with executive communications and internal content platformsSkills:
– Strong writing and editing abilities for various internal audiences
– Project management skills for planning and delivering internal events
– Knowledge of visual communication tools and digital platforms
