Just as important to us is your ability to demonstrate a talent for dealing with people – your colleagues and our customers – and delivering service that really goes the extra mile.Principal AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute an annual internal communications plan with key with approved activities and corresponding budget.Roll out key corporate messages through engaging content and design, via internal communications channels to create awareness.Collaborate with leadership to draft compelling messages (i.e.: CEO Connect) and deliver successful internal events (i.e.: town halls)Lead the continuous development of the organisation’s intranet, managing information and content to maximise its usage and effectiveness.Lead the production and dissemination of the company’s employee newsletter to keep internal stakeholders informed and engaged.Support the business objectives by collaborating with the bank’s product teams and oversee the relevant communication to employees.Develop, proof-read, and edit content for all internal channels (i.e.: newsletter, email communications, intranet).Plan and execute employee activities/initiatives to help to increase motivation and employee engagement.Design and implement employer branding strategies to attract, engage and retain top talent.Create engaging content for social media, job portals, and careers events, highlighting the bank’s culture and employee advocacy through testimonials and videos.Comply with the audit requirements, internal and external reporting obligations, in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure ambitious standards of uniformity and consistency across the Bank.Timely reporting in line with Operational Risk Management guidelines.Requirements:Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Public RelationsMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate communications, preferably within banking, financial services, or a related industry.Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies and employer branding campaigns. Expertise in content creation, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.Hands on experience managing and optimizing intranet platforms to drive employee engagement and ensure effective communication. Experience in managing cross-functional teams.Proven ability to create and manage engaging internal employee newsletters, including content planning, writing and distribution.
