Job description: Job Description:Vacancy: Internal Auditor (X/F/M) – We are looking for an Internal Auditor (X/F/M) for our client, a bank based in Geneva, to join its dynamic structure for a temporary role: The hire is carried out as employee leasing. • Conduct internal audits in compliance with applicable banking regulations and standards.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze processes and identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
• Follow up on audit recommendations and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• You assist in monitoring strategic initiatives, helping to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the COO’s office.

Profil du candidat

• Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss banking regulations and audit standards (FINMA, Basel III, IFRS, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a critical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong written communication skills in French and ideally in English.
• Proficiency in audit tools and software.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
