Job description: The client is a growing European based manufacturers with production hub in China. They are now growing their HK Office as the regional APAC hub; hence they are now looking for a new headcount for an Internal Audit Manager / Internal Control Manager (Manufacturing / Factory Audit) (50k – 62k x 13) to join their growing team.Responsibilities:Perform factory audit, asset/inventory validation, manufacturing costing quantification, risk identification in process and control, negotiation & recommendation for best practices.Review existing accounting and financial controls in place and make necessary revisions or additions,Perform internal controls review to ensure FPP are understood and followed,Provide recommendation and solutions to enhance process and controls efficiencies,Support the business/function in minimizing operational risks and losses, and ensure material operational losses are investigated and mitigated to prevent re-occurrence.Work with finance teams to ensure all agreed upon Corrective Action Plans (CAP) identified from the Group Internal Audit (GIA) Reports are timely implemented.Requirements:University degree, Finance/Accounting, Business Management majorProfessional qualification of HKICPA or ACCA or equivalentAt least 5 years’ experience in Internal Audit and/or Internal Control; experience in Manufacturing / Factory Audit in PRC / APAC region is requiredExternal audit experience from Big4 or second tier is a plusWillingness to learn, keen to take on responsibilitiesFactory level fraud investigation experience is a plusTeam player and people personWilling to travel (20 – 30%)If you would like to apply for this Internal Audit Manager / Internal Control Manager (Manufacturing / Factory Audit) (50k – 62k x 13) role or find out more, please click “APPLY NOW” or send your resume to arthurwong(at)lloydkarson.com quoting the reference: 1524225All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
