Job Description The Internal Audit Manager will: Manage and oversee the company’s internal audit activities. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Lead audit engagements Develop, implement, and manage risk-based audit plans aligned with organisational objectives. Prepare and present audit findings to senior management. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies. Improve and streamline audit processes and procedures. Provide leadership and mentorship to audit team members. Maintain strong knowledge of audit standards, regulatory compliance, and best practices in internal auditing. The Successful Applicant A Successful Audit Manager Should Have A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification as a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor. Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and audit procedures. Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, compliance, and internal controls. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of integrity and professionalism.
