Job description: The Internal Auditor is responsible for evaluating and reviewing financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on enhancing efficiency, mitigating financial and administrative risks, and ensuring robust internal controls. The position is within a large organization with over 1,000 employees, requiring a strong financial background and deep understanding of auditing principles.Key Responsibilities:Conduct internal audits on financial and operational activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend necessary improvements.Identify financial and administrative risks and assist in developing risk mitigation plans.Prepare internal audit reports highlighting observations and recommendations for senior management.Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure continuous compliance.Collaborate with different departments to understand business processes and enhance efficiency.Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and internal audit standards to ensure compliance.Job SpecificationQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related financial field.Minimum 10 years of experience in internal auditing, financial auditing, or accounting.Strong knowledge of International Internal Auditing Standards (IIA) and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong decision-making abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and financial data management systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Job Rewards and Benefits
