Job description: Job Description:The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Audit I Portfolio Head / Portfolio Lead / Job-in-Charge in providing internal audit services across Emirates NBD Group functions – Risk, Treasury, Wealth, and Finance. He/she will undertake business process audits, project assignments and ad hoc review work under supervision.On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:

• Completion of Audit plans.
• Develop and deliver an audit service focused on control environment improvements that protect and enhance the group’s financial position.
• Ensure audit findings are timely addressed.
• Conduct audits which are perceived to add value to the business.
• Ensure Internal Audit is contemporary and innovative to drive efficiency / quality of service.
• Maintain professional working relationship with business stakeholder.
• Ensure observations are supported by facts, drafted per departmental standards, and agreed with management.
• Drive / Participate in department strategic initiatives / innovation programs.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is essential.
• Supported qualifications in the following is an advantage: Recognized Professional Accounting Qualification, Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Risk Manager / Certified Financial Analyst
• Banking/financial services industry experience (5 years and above) in one or more areas of banking namely Risk, ICAAP, Stress Testing, Recovery Planning, Finance, Treasury, Wealth etc.
• Good overall knowledge of Treasury businesses is essential.
