Job description: About the Role – Audit Manager Are you a highly analytical, ethical, and experienced auditor looking to make an impact in the finance industry We are looking for a dedicated Internal Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function, helping us ensure compliance, minimize risk, and drive operational excellence in our growing financing company. You will play a strategic role in supporting business integrity and sustainable success. What You’ll Do Lead the Audit Function – Plan, manage, and oversee all internal audit activities across the organization Annual Audit Planning – Design and execute a risk-based annual audit plan aligned with strategic goals Collaborate with Stakeholders – Work closely with internal departments, external auditors, and regulators Risk Management & Controls – Identify and assess risks, recommend controls, and monitor resolution of issues Audit Reporting – Deliver accurate, timely, and impactful audit reports to senior management and the board Mentor the Audit Team – Provide guidance and leadership while fostering a culture of excellence and ethics Process Improvement – Identify value-adding opportunities to reduce costs and improve internal operations Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required 5+ years of progressive audit/risk experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Knowledge of internal controls, risk-based audits, fraud detection, and compliance standards Familiarity with financial services industry regulations Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Team-oriented, results-driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement Why Join Us Competitive Compensation PHP 80,000-90,000 per month Guaranteed 14th-month pay Performance bonus based on individual and company metrics Annual salary review based on performance Career Development Work directly with senior leadership Lead strategic projects and process improvements Be recognized for the impact you make
