Job description: Internal Audit DirectorAbout the CompanyOur client is a market-leading blue-chip company. Currently, they are recruiting an Internal Audit Director to join their group internal audit department in Hong Kong.About the RoleReporting to the Chief Auditor, you will draft a risk-based annual audit plan. You will plan and lead audits focused on internal and operational risks, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and cybersecurity for the Group. You will provide independent assessments of the Company’s risk management and internal control systems to enhance governance. You will prepare quality audit reports for the Audit Committee. You will conduct thorough audits by understanding business risks, identifying issues, and delivering timely, high-quality reports with clear recommendations for senior management. You will carry out risk assessments, identify existing controls, and suggest improvements. You will investigate common fraud, errors, and irregular transactions promptly, developing corrective action plans where necessary. Last but not least, you will manage and develop an internal audit team and equipped the team members with the latest market practice and industry knowledge.The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Professional certifications such as HKICPA/ACCA/CIA
• At least 15 years of external audit and internal audit experience
• Relevant experience in driving transformative audit approach in sizable MNC/conglomerate
• Result-driven, analytical, able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Familiar with data analytics tools
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
