Job description: Job Summary The Internal Auditor and Statistics Analyst will be responsible to conduct internal audits of the company; to evaluate and assess a company’s internal controls, risk management systems, financial reporting processes, and lessen or prevent fraud and safeguard the company’s assets. The position is also given the responsibility to analyze data to help inform decision-making and strategy planning. Responsibilities Functional Collection of Database Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed conclusions. This involves using statistical software, calculations, and formulas to find trends and patterns in large sets of data. Data Analysis and Interpretation Evaluates data for accuracy, and determines appropriate data sources and their reliability Evaluates data quality and interprets statistics for the preparation of reports. Writes reports, evaluating sources of data, reviews and makes recommendations on the findings Presenting findings to the executive teams, and recommending strategies based on the data analysis Internal Audit Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations Statistics Analyst Ability to present data in a clear and concise way to communicate findings and recommendations Consolidate numerical data into databases, and ensuring the accuracy of data and calculations. Evaluates data quality and interprets statistics using statistical software and techniques Others Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior Competencies Recognizes and have the ability to identify the accuracy of the data given, and using sound reasoning to analyze issues, make decisions, and find innovative solutions. Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or any other related field Experience At least 2 years of experience as an internal audit and/or statistics analyst Benefits Upon Hiring HMO (110k MBL per sickness per year).
