About the roleYou will primarily manage your own customers and assist our branch and sales teams to ensure all quotes, tenders and deliveries are managed in a timely manner. Delivering an accurate, efficient and competitive quote process and managing your personal quote pipeline effectively to achieve determined KPI’s. You will also manage your own customer base.Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Regular contact with your customer base.
  • Follow up on quotes, tenders and deliveries.
  • Manage your own sales ledger and maintain regular contact with your member base.
  • Maintenance of sales related records including creating files, filing and archiving.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of sales order and quotation data in the system.
  • Support for sales and branch teams around pricing issues.
  • Maintain communication with all customers and staff.

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Product and supplier knowledge
  • Good judgement and commercial skills
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a building or plumbing industry is preferred, not essential;
  • ability to work in an efficient and organised manner;
