YOUR ROLEYou will assist with a full range of tax compliance and general business services matters. As the firm advises a diverse range of clients, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to complex work, including clients with multi-entity and group structures.Duties include:

• Preparing financial statements, BAS and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals
• Advising clients on income tax, FBT, CGT, payroll tax, and GST
• Assisting Seniors and Partners with tax planning and financial strategy for clients
• Assisting with providing on-the-job mentoring to junior accountants

ABOUT YOU

• At least 2 years of experience within a public practice environment
• Experienced preparing BAS, tax returns and financial statements for various business entities
• Experience utilising Xero or accounting softwares
• Driven and motivated attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic to continually learn and develop
