Non-Negotiables

• 4-6 years of experience as a CAD/BIM Technician, ideally with a focus on commercial projects in New Zealand
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and BIM 360
• A proven ability to collaborate with offshore teams and manage design documentation effectively
• Strong familiarity with New Zealand building codes and industry standards

Desirables

• Experience with complex commercial structures
• A strong eye for detail and dedication to delivering accurate, high-quality design documentation
• A proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
