Job description: About the Opportunity

• Accounting for all investments and miscellaneous cash entries
• Weekly bank reconciliations and weekly cash report for executives
• Preparation of quarterly investment report for audit committee
• Review all expense reports filed for compliance with policy
• Reconcile corporate credit card
• Back up to Office Manager for accounts payable processing
• Preparation of Monthly account reconciliation of capital assets and prepaid expenses
• Preparation of monthly HST returns
• Prepare quarterly reports to support KPMG review and notes to financial statements re investments and capital asset
• Prepare quarterly report on executive expenses for lead Director of Board
• Other duties as assigned

About You

• An undergraduate university degree in Business or Economics with focus on accounting
• Enrolled in CPA program, or working towards CPA
• 3 years related work experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Pay Range
$35 – $40 /hourHow to Apply
