Your mission? To tackle internal staff malpractice, serious misconduct, and whistleblower investigations. You’ll oversee comprehensive intel assessments, handle complex cases, and support the strategic agenda. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity, based in either Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll work full-time with a dynamic team that’s all about making a difference. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is passionate about leveraging the latest technology and methodologies.What do I need?

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role (investigations or compliance).
  • Experience in and understanding of compliance risk, compliance management frameworks, operational risk, and risk & compliance systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing key and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to critically analyse business data and documentation.
  • Advanced user of analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Analyst Notebook, Tableau, SQL, or similar.
