We are proud of the talent and diversity of our workforce – our people are key to our current and future success.This is a great opportunity to be part of the world’s largest bulk export port authority, encompassing the operating ports of Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites.With the recent establishment of the Integrated Planning Team at Pilbara Ports we are looking for an experienced Business Partner to work alongside the Integrated Planning Manager to drive Integrated Planning across the business.If you have a strong background in integrated planning, ideally within an industrial, mining, or maritime environment we would love to hear from you.What we need from you?You need to have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple and large data sets to create effective analytics capability across a multi-disciplinary organisation.
  • Strong written communication skills including the production of clear, concise and logical reporting
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve business operations.
