Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleThe person hired for the position of Global IBP Supply Lead will be responsible for developing capabilities (People, Process, Data, and Technology), leading change, and ensuring effective implementation of the Global IBP Supply Review process for the Dental Solutions Business. This Global IBP Supply Lead will manage the deployment while driving improvements in process capability and maturity and will require an experienced professional who is able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment. This role will be challenged to develop and implement an effective Global IBP Supply Review process, leveraging input from areas and other operational processes to balance Supply and Demand. Their primary objective is to deliver a collaborative decision-making process used to meet customer service expectations and achieve the financial objectives of the business. This process links to strategic and financial planning and aligns the organization to achieve the consensus Supply plan over the 5-year strategic horizon. The Global IBP Supply Lead will own alignment & gap closing action plans, highlighting exceptions and imbalances and modeling scenarios to overcome issues. They will analyze and determine the impact of plan changes to critical KPIs such as customer service levels, inventory, and cost. They will report into the Integrated Business Planning Director.As a(n) Integrated Business Planning Global Supply Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Liaises with Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing, & Logistics teams to develop, update and ensure integrity of the consensus supply plan
• Prepares and facilitates monthly Global IBP Supply Review which includes:

• Review initial Supply plan driven from the consensus Demand plan
• Validate potential constraints using capacity planning
• Create scenarios to overcome gaps impacting financial or business objectives
• Address issues that may cause supply variability
• Create the consensus Supply Plan
• Determine projected impact on KPIs including inventory, cost of goods sold, and service
• Review performance dashboard
• Prepare escalation items
• Ensure one-page summaries are produced from each supply review and distributed to the appropriate stakeholders, highlighting changes, risks, opportunities, and issues.
• Conduct financial impact analysis with finance; identify and evaluate gaps
• Communicate impacts to Portfolio and Demand teams
• Ensure supply plans are adjusted based on decisions made and inventory and cost of goods sold estimates are updated
• Follow-up on unresolved Issues
• Support IBP Integrated Reconciliation, representing Supply and discussing impacts of risks/issues and opportunities

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of seven (7) combined years of Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics experience .

OR

• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of eleven (11) combined years of Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics experience .

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Previous experience leading Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning processes
• Master’s degree
• Previous Supervisory/Leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, or other)
• Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting technology or ERP systems is preferred, SAP experience a plus
• High proficiency using PC based applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI)
• Influence others and overcome barriers to change (including behavioral/cultural and organizational issues)
• Self-motivated and a good communicator at all levels of the organization
• Experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or other)

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but requires travel to our Maplewood, MN location at least 2 days per week)
