Job description: Company: MarshDescription:Insurer and Consumer SpecialistWe are seeking a two talented individuals to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Location – Auckland

• 2 x Permanent, full-time positions (37.5 hours per week)
• Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm)
• Salary banding $60,000 – $65,000 NZD

We will count on you to:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to brokers, risk advisors, senior risk advisors, and principals, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Produce and process various documentation, including correspondence, invoices, quotations, renewal reports, and claims documentation, with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date records in our computer systems and follow up on outstanding documentation and debtors’ correspondence.
• Assist in preparing materials for pre-renewal and broking meetings, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel charts/graphs.
• Adapt to changing duties as required to meet the evolving needs of the business.

What you need to have:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Employee Benefits
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
• A flexible, adaptive, and proactive approach to work.

Expected salary: $60000 – 65000 per year
