Job description: We are looking for a knowledgeable Insurance Product Legal Specialist with a strong legal background and a strategic mindset to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to the development, compliance, and management of our insurance products. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation in the insurance sector.What will be your role?

• Lead the product development life cycle, including design, drafting documentation, implementation, testing, and ongoing review to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure all products meet current legal, regulatory, and internal compliance standards, adapting them as needed.
• Build and manage relationships with underwriters, legal advisors, and external partners to bring compliant products to market efficiently.
• Develop and implement product management frameworks and provide guidance to internal teams to support cross-functional collaboration.
