• Support, co-ordinate and pre-sales process, including the quotation, bidding documents, bidding deposit and etc.
• Check contract terms together with relevant departments according to company’s policy，be responsible for contract stamp and filing.
• Prepare for, book, maintain and follow orders, including pre-payments before delivery and invoicing（

）. * Be responsible for purchasing order to the internal & external vendors, arranging the pre-payment, pushing the delivery time, etc.

• Progress of orders, check and push the pre-payment, lead time and goods delivery.

. * Handle claims, investigate and take appropriate action and follow up credit notes.

• Order related cost entry and payment, including agent fee,

and etc. * As a contact window with sales, collaborate with internal departments and service branches (ICA, service, RDC, PTD) to expedite customer orders on time and make the business run smoothly.

• Support the salesmen in sales administration work.
• Answer customer telephone queries/ e-mail with respect to orders, deliveries.
• Raise red flag to leader for abnormal cases in time once situation is out of control.
• Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by Inside Sales team leader.

• Sound knowledge on SAP system, SAP order to cash process module experience are considered as advantages.
• Strong MS Office skills
• Good in both oral and written English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good at time management
