Proactively reach out to potential customers through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
Research and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of sales prospects.
Drive business growth by effectively presenting product offerings and closing sales.
Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of sales progress.
Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize lead conversion and revenue growth.
Identify upselling opportunities to enhance product adoption within existing accounts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Promote products and services to generate interest and raise awareness among potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Spanish and English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
At least 12 months of experience in outbound sales, preferably in technology or service-related industries.
Prior experience in the software, technology, or services sector is a plus.
Strong skills in prospecting, lead discovery, and delivering presentations.
Solutions-focused with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets.
Tech-savvy with an interest in innovative solutions.
Independent, adaptable, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to communicate technical and business value propositions clearly through phone and email.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
