This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong sales acumen.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.Manage sales enquiries and generate quotesConduct outbound sales calls against marketing campaigns.Follow up on inbound enquiries.Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevant.Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.Key Competencies:Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.Customer Focus: Strong commitment to meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions and customer needs.Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Going the Extra SmileQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role.Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Join us and be part of a team that is dedicated to making a difference in the healthcare industry.
