Job description: Our client a leading utilities company is looking for an Information Security Compliance Lead to join their team , The right candidate should have experience in a comparable organisation and have experience in NIST , NIS2 and NISD, have the ability to effectively lead a team and have a thorough understanding of GRC and carrying out risk assessments.Responsibilities:

• Expert knowledge of information security laws, regulations, and industry standards such as NIST and NISD.
• Communicate regulatory requirements effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between legal, compliance, and security needs.
• Maintain and update information security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct regular reviews and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in water, utilities, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in handling complex issues and communicating effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and implementing solutions.
• Demonstrated adaptability and proactive approach to improvement.
