Job description: JOB OVERVIEWWe’re looking for an Influencers & Affiliate Partnership Manager who is:

• A great communicator and fluent in written English
• Organized and able to juggle multiple moving parts
• Confident in taking initiative and managing outreach independently
• Fast to learn and follow instructions
• Social media savvy, especially with Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
• Detail-oriented and reliable with spreadsheets and schedules

You’ll be responsible for:

• Reaching out to new influencers, ambassadors, and content creators
• Engaging with community posts (liking, commenting, and reposting stories)
• Coordinating and posting content on our IG, TikTok & YouTube pages
• Managing ambassador and affiliate communications
• Scheduling and organizing weekly community content
• Following up with influencers about takeovers and partnerships
• Organizing folders, tracking performance, and updating spreadsheets
• Taking initiative to suggest ideas and improvements

Requirements

• Strong written English (C1 level or higher)
• 6 hours/day availability (7 days/week, with some flexibility)
• Own laptop or PC and phone with stable internet
• Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
• Confident in communicating with external partners (influencers, affiliates)

• You’ve worked in influencer marketing or affiliate programs before
• You’ve used spreadsheets to manage campaigns
• You’re a fan of engaging with online communities
• You have a good eye for content and aesthetics
