Experience Level: Mid-LevelAbout UsWere a global hospitality platform that helps independent hotels grow their direct bookings through digital education, live coaching, and support with marketing, WordPress hosting, and more. We work with hotel owners around the world to help them build stronger online brands and reduce their reliance on OTAs.Now, we’re looking for an Influencer & Partnership Coordinator to help our hotel clients connect with the right creators – and teach them how to build powerful collaborations that drive bookings and visibility.The RoleAs our Influencer & Partnership Coordinator, you’ll lead the way in helping hotel clients identify, manage, and evaluate influencer collaborations across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll also run live training webinars to teach hotels how to build and manage influencer campaigns on their own.This is both a hands-on support and educational coaching role, ideal for someone who understands how content creators can impact travel decision-making and brand credibility.Key Responsibilities

  • Build a roster of vetted influencers and content creators for hotel collaborations
  • Assist hotels in identifying influencer matches based on brand fit and target markets
  • Support clients with outreach, negotiation, and campaign setup
  • Host live group webinars on influencer marketing for hotels
  • Teach clients how to structure deals (barter, paid, affiliate), create briefs, and track ROI
  • Review influencer proposals and help hoteliers assess audience quality and engagement
  • Develop simple templates, checklists, and guides for client use
  • Track and report campaign outcomes and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or PR
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems (IG, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Comfortable hosting training webinars and speaking to small business owners
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple relationships
  • Experience analyzing influencer metrics and vetting engagement quality

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience working with hotels, travel brands, or tourism boards
  • Familiarity with tools like Aspire, Upfluence, or CreatorIQ
  • Understanding of affiliate partnerships and influencer tracking tools
  • Background in social media, digital marketing, or community management
