• Responsible for all aspects of income and franchise tax accounting and compliance
• Prepare quarterly income tax provisions and deferred analysis
• Prepare quarterly income tax footnotes and disclosures for financial reporting
• Prepare state apportionment calculations
• Prepare Local income tax filings
• Prepare quarterly estimated payments support and assist with submission of payments
• Research potential impacts of new tax legislation
• Communicate frequently with all income tax team members, Regulatory Agencies and other necessary outside organizations in respect to assigned areas
• Conform and adhere to internal controls over income tax procedures as set forth by upper management

What You Need to Succeed:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent
• 3+ years of Income Tax experience (prefer public accounting)
• Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and complete projects within specific deadlines
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
• Strong computer, presentation and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with team members to improve current processes
• Experience resolving notices with Federal, State & Local Authorities
• Experience preparing month end and quarter end account reconciliations
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and OneSource Income Tax Software / Corp tax / Go systems.
