● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or
a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
● 5-8 years of experience in credit risk management, financial analysis, or a related
field having experience with credit risk assessment tools and methodologies.
● Proficiency in financial analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAS, Python).
SAS is a mandatory skill.
● Knowledge of credit risk modeling and quantitative analysis techniques.
● Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, IFRS 9).
● Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external
stakeholders.Responsibilities: ● Assessing, managing, and mitigating the credit
risks faced by the bank by analyzing credit
data, developing and implementing effective
risk management strategies using historical
data.
● Assessing credit risk, implementation of risk
mitigation strategies like credit limits, collateral
requirements, credit insurance etc.
● Prepare regular reports on credit risk exposure
and portfolio performance for senior
management.
● Monitor changes in the credit environment and
adjust risk management strategies accordingly.
● Exceptional communication skills for liaising
with various project stakeholders, including
senior management and external regulators.
Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed
project reports and updates.
● Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating
project risks. Adept at problem-solving and
making informed decisions under pressure.
● Stay up to date with industry trends,
regulations, and best practices related to credit
