You’ll take on significant responsibilities and play a crucial role in advancing our business strategy.Our two-year Graduate Program offers real responsibilities from day one, with rotations and project work. You’ll develop both soft and technical skills needed to become a future leader, while working on business-critical projects and accessing deep expertise.This is an excellent opportunity to gain best practices in all aspects of ICT, including people management, technical expertise, process, and project management. You’ll work with various Kerry ICT technologies and have potential opportunities for regional and global travel.You’ll be assigned a mentor to support and guide you throughout the program, and you’ll benefit from learning from our cross-functional subject matter experts. Previous ICT graduates have advanced to global senior leadership roles both within and outside the ICT function.What you might be doingAs an ICT Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including:

• Supporting the execution of the ICT Strategy: Bringing it to life day-to-day within your role.
• Working on projects: From digital to process improvement initiatives, ensuring best practice project management principles are followed.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working within our manufacturing sites to deliver best-in-class service, enabling a world-class customer experience.
• Defining initial requirements: Working with our users to define initial requirements and prepare business cases.
• Liaising with business users: Engaging with business users at various levels of seniority and at all stages of the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with software vendors: Working with software vendors and other service providers to resolve issues promptly.
• Managing projects: Overseeing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
• Taking ownership: Ensuring the delivery of solutions to our users.
• Gaining exposure to Cyber Security: Understanding the fundamental role it plays in protecting our customers and business.
• Supporting advanced technology implementation: Assisting in the implementation of advanced technology, digitalisation, and robotisation solutions for our plants to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Do you have what it takes?

• You’re on track for a 2.2 or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computing Science, Business Information Systems, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• You’re ambitious, curious and can’t wait to put your talents into action.
• You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
• You’re a graduate or a soon-to-be graduate.
• You’re fluent in English and ideally another language.
• You’re eligible to permanently work in the location you’re applying to*
• You’re open to travelling and relocating.

• Kerry Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
