Job description: Our client SASA Care Group Pty Ltd is a leading provider of disability and aged care services in Australia, offering a wide range of services including disability support, aged care, and accommodation services. The company has recently developed its own ERP, CRM, and Roster Management System to enhance its operational efficiency and service delivery. SASA Care Group is seeking to fill a full-time position for a skilled and experienced ICT Business Analyst to manage and maintain this in-house system.The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the effective management and continuous improvement of SASA Care Group’s bespoke ERP, CRM, and Roster Management System. The ICT Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing system performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.The role will work very closely with stakeholders to take down requirements and map out current and future states etc. You will be responsible for the analysis, evaluation and documenting of business systems and processes with a focus on business needs.The role will report to the Director and will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches.Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two (2) years of work experience as an ICT Business Analyst
• Bachelor qualification (or above) in a relevant information technology field (such as business analysis, business information systems or computer science)

What you will be responsible for:

• Manage and maintain SASA Care Group’s in-house ERP, CRM, and Roster Management System.
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functionality and formulating output requirements, gathering vital information, developing support procedures and strategies
• Assess the current technology systems used by the business, looking for areas of inefficiency or opportunities for improvement
• Analyse and consolidate information to develop business cases to support achievement of business objectives
• Solve problems and provide technical expertise and direction in support of system infrastructure and process improvements, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues
• Recommend technology solutions that would streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
• Liaise with external vendors for system updates and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
• Establish a common approach to manage key project stakeholder escalations to achieve project milestones and agreed project budget
• Work with the staff to implement and train them on the new systems
• Facilitate the design of technology solutions by analysing requirements and writing functional specifications
• Develop an agreed work plan of key performance indicators and outcomes
• Monitor the technology systems used by the business, making adjustments and improvements as necessary
• Undertake qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and assist with determining business priorities

Skills, experience and attributes:

• Proven experience in leading technical design and execution of high impact, enterprise-wide, strategic ICT programs or initiatives
• Experience in ICT Digital Services, Data Architectures and Cloud
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of contemporary ICT trends and the disruption transforming the modern workplaces and business operations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
