As an Information Services – Information and Communication Technology Budget and Planning Administrator – Level 5, you will responsible for delivering administrative and support services to the Information Services Directorate in relation to ICT finance and budgeting.This role supports the Coordinator IS ICT Budget and Planning through:
- Financial processing, analysis and financial reporting
- Assisting IS leadership, Contract Managers, Vendors, and staff with procurement advice and budgetary information for ICT procurement and contracting matters.
- Being proactive and responsive to customer needs, providing a high-quality service, guidance, and advice on financial matters that is timely, accurate and of value.
As a Coordinator Information Services – Information and Communication Technology Budgeting and Planning – Level 6, you will support the IS Directorate financial and procurement compliance, administration of the IS Budget, and the analysis and reporting on financial performance. Your main duties will include:
- Liaising and collaborating with the IS leadership team, IS contract managers, and internal and external Finance teams in relation to the Directorates ICT financial budgeting and reporting.
- Managing the administrative support services for IS ICT finance and budget.
- Being proactive and responsive to customer needs, providing high-quality advice and guidance on budget and finance matters to ensure that IS meets Department of Communities’ objectives, aligns to Divisional direction, and runs efficiently.
