Therefore, as part of our team, we expect you to be dynamic and eager to learn and grow with us.Job DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the General Manager, the Proving Ground Business Development manager is responsible for the internal organization and management of the Proving Ground sales team with the mission to lead the business development activities to achieve the revenue goals set by the company.Main Responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy in China for IDIADA China Proving Ground (ICPG) customers in accordance with the corporate guidelines.

• To collaborate with the General Manager in the management of the sales process. Identify target customers and establish relationships with them. Anticipate and identify their needs and expectations and provide the production processes of correctly specified commands.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to consolidate and grow sales and increase customer portfolio.

• Be very attentive to industry news and information related to clients as well as competitors to report them, analyze their impact on the business and be able to react accordingly.

• As Business Development Manager, take the lead to develop project opportunities with all existing and potential ICPG customers, motivated to travel intensively across China.

• Obtain requests for quotations, prepare, and defend proposals related to Proving Ground activities with the support from ICPG BD team.

• Properly identify and disseminate customers’ RFQs that are beyond Proving Ground activities inside IDIADA, especially with the Engineering teams, and assure that proposals and projects are successfully delivered in accordance with clients’ expectations.

• Make sure that the invoicing and collection activities are well coordinated internally, and the Account Receivables are controlled within the target set by the company.

• Take the holistic approach to enhance the communication between IDIADA China KAMs and IDIADA product teams.

• Maintain and enhance the business relationship with IDIADA’s partner for better coordination before Key Customers.

• Lead and manage ICPG Business Development team to achieve the business target set by the management.

Qualifications

• Education background:

Bachelor’s degree and above;Engineering major with Mechanical or Automotive specialization is preferred;

• Language skills:

Very good level of English and Chinese, both written and oral;

• Computer skills:

Very good computer skills, mastering Microsoft Office Software Pack;

• Work experiences:
