Compensation: Based on experienceAbout the RoleWere seeking a smart, resourceful, and technically skilled Automation Specialist to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing Make.com (formerly Integromat) automations to streamline operations and drive lead generation across three service-based businesses:Brighters Cleaning Professional cleaning servicesBrighter Staffing Employment & recruitment servicesHereBy Immigration Immigration consulting & supportThis role is hybrid, so youll work primarily remotely, but well occasionally meet in Vancouver for planning sessions, project updates, or system walkthroughs.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Make.com workflows for:Lead capture from Facebook Ads, Google Ads & website forms (Contact Form 7)Email/SMS follow-ups via Gmail, Mailchimp, or TwilioInternal team notifications (Slack, Gmail, or SMS)Google Sheets or CRM syncing (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)Automate tasks like:Consultation bookingsDocument uploads & resume tracking (Brighter Staffing)Weekly reporting of incoming leadsMonitor, test, and improve scenarios continuouslyMeet occasionally (12x/month) with leadership in Vancouver to review systemsRequirementsStrong experience building Make.com (Integromat) workflowsKnowledge of integrations like:Contact Form 7 / WordPressGoogle Sheets / GmailHubSpot, Mailchimp, AirtableTwilio (SMS) or SlackLogical thinker with good documentation habitsBased in or near Vancouver, BCExcellent communicator with an ability to explain systems clearlyBonus: Familiarity with service-based industries like cleaning or staffingWhat We OfferFlexible work scheduleRemote-friendly setup with some in-person collaborationProjects that have real impact across three fast-moving businessesPotential to expand into full-time systems and ops roleHow to ApplySend your resume, portfolio, or example automation projects to:
