  • Processing weekly payroll for staff for separate entities
  • Maintaining employee records and timesheets
  • Managing superannuation, tax, and payroll compliance
  • HR compliance and operational processes
  • Recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
  • Execution of employment contracts
  • Performance reviews & professional development plans

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a payroll
  • Strong understanding of payroll software (e.g. Xero, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • 5 years experience in a relevant or similar role
  • Qualification in Human Resources
  • A positive attitude
  • Great organisational and time management skills
