They collaborate with a team of agile problem solvers and different business units.Key Responsibilities

• Revisit, design, and implement recruitment strategies
• Innovate strategies and procedures to build talent pipelines through sourcing candidates and developing candidate pools
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop and implement employee support and engagement initiatives
• Recommend and codify improvements to current HR processes
